1. Service Delivery

Get Your Bots provides digital services and software as a service (SaaS) platform. As a digital service, there is no physical shipping involved. All services are delivered electronically and are available immediately upon account activation and subscription confirmation.

2. Service Activation

2.1 Free Plan

Free plan accounts are activated immediately upon successful registration. You can start using the Service right away with the features included in the Free plan.

2.2 Paid Plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise)

Paid plan subscriptions are activated as follows:

  • Instant Activation: For most payment methods, your subscription is activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation
  • Bank Transfer/IBAN: For bank transfers, activation occurs within 1-3 business days after payment is received and verified
  • Enterprise Plans: Custom enterprise plans may have activation terms specified in your service agreement

3. Service Availability

Our Service is designed to be available 24/7, 365 days a year. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance windows (usually communicated in advance)
  • Emergency maintenance or security updates
  • Third-party service provider issues (e.g., Google Gemini AI, cloud infrastructure)
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and will notify users of planned maintenance at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

4. Service Delivery Methods

4.1 Web Dashboard

Access to our web-based dashboard is provided immediately upon account creation. You can manage chatbots, upload training data, configure settings, and view analytics through the dashboard.

4.2 Widget Integration

Chatbot widgets are delivered via JavaScript embed code that you can add to your website. The widget code is available in your dashboard immediately after creating a chatbot.

4.3 API Access

API keys for programmatic access are generated instantly in your dashboard. API documentation is available immediately upon account creation.

5. Service Support and Setup

While our Service is designed for self-service, we provide the following support:

  • Documentation: Comprehensive guides and tutorials available 24/7
  • Email Support: Available for all users, with priority support for Pro and Enterprise plans
  • Response Times: Free/Starter plans: 48-72 hours | Pro plans: 24 hours | Enterprise: 4-8 hours
  • Setup Assistance: Available for Enterprise customers as part of their service agreement

6. Service Limitations and Usage

Your subscription plan includes specific usage limits:

  • Daily Request Limits: Each plan has a maximum number of chat requests per day
  • Training Files: Limits on the number of training files you can upload
  • Storage: Limits on data storage for training files and chat logs
  • API Rate Limits: API requests are subject to rate limiting based on your plan

Exceeding your plan limits may result in temporary service restrictions until your usage resets or you upgrade your plan.

7. Geographic Availability

Our Service is available globally. However, certain features may be subject to regional restrictions based on:

  • Local laws and regulations
  • Third-party service provider availability (e.g., Google Gemini AI regional restrictions)
  • Payment method availability in your region

8. Service Modifications and Updates

We continuously improve our Service and may:

  • Add new features and functionality
  • Modify existing features
  • Update user interfaces
  • Enhance security and performance

We will notify users of significant changes that may affect their use of the Service. Updates are typically deployed automatically and do not require action from users.

9. Service Termination

Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription:

  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
  • After termination, your account will be downgraded to Free plan (if applicable) or deactivated
  • Data retention policies apply as outlined in our Privacy Policy
  • Export your data before termination if needed
