Get Your Bots provides digital services including AI chatbot platform subscriptions, API access, and related services. This Return/Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.

2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 Free Plan

The Free plan does not require payment and is not eligible for refunds as no charges are applied.

2.2 Paid Plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers on paid plans:

  • If you cancel within 30 days of your initial subscription, you will receive a full refund
  • Refund requests must be submitted through your account dashboard or by contacting support
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

2.3 Renewals and Subsequent Billing Periods

Refunds for subscription renewals or subsequent billing periods are provided on a pro-rated basis:

  • If you cancel mid-billing period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion
  • Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis
  • To request a refund, contact our support team with your account details

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancel through your account dashboard under "Subscription" settings
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No cancellation fees apply
  • You will continue to have access to all paid features until the subscription period ends

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Usage-based charges that have already been consumed (API requests, chat interactions)
  • Custom development or implementation services (if separately contracted)
  • Services that have been fully utilized during the billing period
  • Refunds requested after 30 days from the initial subscription date (except as noted above)

5. Processing Refunds

To request a refund:

  1. Log in to your Get Your Bots account
  2. Navigate to Subscription settings
  3. Click "Request Refund" or contact our support team
  4. Provide a reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)
  5. Wait for confirmation email (typically within 24 hours)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription. Processing times may vary by payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).

6. Service Issues and Downtime

If you experience significant service issues or extended downtime that prevents you from using the Service:

  • Contact our support team immediately
  • We will investigate and work to resolve the issue
  • In cases of extended service outages, we may offer service credits or refunds at our discretion
  • Service credits or refunds are determined based on the severity and duration of the issue

7. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and may affect your ability to use our Service in the future.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return/Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
